History
Penteado & Romanini was incorporated in 1990. However, long before this, the partners had decades of experience in the areas of auditing and business consulting obtained by working for the big international audit firms. All this time providing excellent services to companies in different segments, as well as looking after for the needs of each client.
Who we are
Quality in auditing and consulting requires quality work. That is why Penteado & Romanini has professionals with market history and a background in large companies in the segment. Expertise in the various professional areas such as auditing, accounting and business consulting is part of our “curricula vitarum” and is one of the tools that we have available for all of our clients. Adelson Romanini Junior
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, MBA in Finance, Controllership, and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, International Program for the Development of Entrepreneurs, Executives and Shareholders from Babson College, in Boston, and postgraduate degree in Tax Law. He has already served in Sidney, Australia, and has also developed projects in other countries in Latin America.
Alberto Romanini Neto
Bachelor of Science in Accounting and postgraduate degree in Finance. Expert in the fiscal and tax areas, having also worked in the areas of administration and finance of multinational and national companies. Instructor of business courses, that are either open or in-company.
Wladimir Camargo Penteado
Bachelor of Science in Accounting and in Economic. Began his career at one of the big audit firm becoming Director of the advisory department for small and medium businesses. He has already served in London, England, for two years and has also developed projects in other countries in Latin America.
